  • Your Medicare plan details (carrier, plan name, plan type, enrollment date)
  • Login credentials (email/password) and authentication tokens
  • Portal activity (login times, pages viewed)

No Protected Health Information (PHI) is displayed in the portal. The portal does not show your Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI), health conditions, provider names, or any other PHI. Only general plan details and benefit information are shown.

Portal data is stored securely and accessible only to you (via login) and your assigned licensed agent. You can request deletion of your portal account at any time by contacting us.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
