When I entered the insurance field in 2010, I assumed the biggest challenge in Medicare would be complexity.
I was wrong.
The real challenge was clarity.
Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of Medicare beneficiaries. What I noticed early on wasn’t that people were making careless decisions. They were making the best decision they thought they had.
They weren’t confused because they weren’t capable. They were confused because no one had taken the time to slow the process down and explain what was actually possible.
That realization shaped how I practice today.
My Philosophy

Every conversation I have starts with listening.
